A total of 16 shareholders participated in the tour of the Lucky Ben Project site which included a tour of the underground operations including over 125 feet of new tunnel construction. The shareholders were also able to view the drill rig and were provided an explanation of planned operations. Each shareholder was provided with a sample removed from the Lucky Ben Vein.

The documents presented during the shareholder meeting as well as an audio recording of this shareholder meeting are available on the company website located at www.sidneyresourcescorporation.com

Management projects the new tunnel workaround will connect with the original tunnel constructed to mine the Lucky Ben Vein in the early 1900s within the next week and core drilling operations will commence once the connection is complete. The drilling equipment is on location and ready to be put into service. The core drilling will focus on the area below the previously mined stope. We also plan to drill and intersect the Arlise Vein. The core samples in their entirety will be shipped to our Geologist for processing and analysis before going to the assay lab for testing. We anticipate the earliest we will see assay results is 3 months.
