AGREE! Looking at land in my spare time ! Had a friend that every thing he touched turned into money. He said Son invest in anything God made and you can't go wrong. We were hunting one time and stopped by a spring on his land and he said you will probably live to see the day when a bottle of water will cost as much as a bottle of oil! I wanted to say something but glad I kept my mouth shut. He told one of his sons one day that the GOOD Lord gave you one mouth and two ears and you should do twice as much listening as you do talking . lol Plenty to do while waiting. GLTY GLTA
