Well has been posted--1 of the few things I respect(ed) about nodder and skelly has been their effort to help individuals obtain LL as NEEDED. If you did not read it--or choose to ignore or forget, that is your choice. But it doesn't make your statement true. Several folks have posted about their efforts in helping family.
Now too much cost or some say ,too much time; for RTT--yet plenty of $$ for lawsuits--plenty of time for depositions.Plenty of time and $$ to fly and meet wealthy "friends". Plenty of time for board meetings and voting unjust enrichment. Just sad . Looks to be plenty of $$ (in fact nodder said best shape ever finances) AND time--just misplaced priorities. S A D

Hoping for better mngmt (low bar) does not make anyone a member of 13D. Just as some refer to Dr Patterson as "labcoat" or "patentson". I have yet to see ANYONE scream outrage at that?? I wonder why?? Seems like a very uneven yardstick for measure.
