In the past few years, the letter to shareholders indicated that the year end meeting would be to deal with the regular business of the firm....approval of financial statements, appointment of auditors, election of directors.

Although I can not find this years letter from the company, I seem to recall it stating that the meeting was to approve the regular company business(as above), and also a special meeting.

Perhaps someone can find that letter and post if for us all.

I do believe that within the next week or so the company will be sending out the Proxy which may or may not shed some light.
