This is now a very real Company with a very real product / service and when the S1 is approved, a NASDAQ listing will be a fait accompli.

If you've given up now, you've given up at exactly the wrong moment. As were many, I was skeptical myself when I saw this latest incarnation of the old GOIP shell, but I said, "I'll give them one more chance.", and I'm glad I have.
