If you can believe him ... he is a genius financier.
However .... many say the bonds he claims to owned were fraudulent or not theirs at all.
Also ... if you can "mine" trees from the Amazon for billions of dollars ... heck of a deal.
SEC investigation possibly going on.
He and company served by the SEC.
But you make up your mind.
