I can just imagine the chaos as hundreds of millions of anxious subjects line up to get their courses of infusions.

Those treated will be in a facility, so your half serious point is not valid.

But your point about the inherent limitations of an infusion (and enema) treatment process is a valid one. I've long wished that other methods would have been developed. We can hope testing success will free up resources to do that. I'll never understand or casually accept this persistent lapse. Would say, developing an injection option, for example, have been that costly, or that difficulty?
