I managed to have a conversation with Ben Quick this morning. They are filing with OTC today he says, he also says the will commence an audit once they are fully quoted and has several tech engineers working on what he says will 'blow the NFT market apart'

I asked him about funding and the business plan but he simply said all will be available at the right time. I would say he knows what he is talking about. he has been building the platform for over a year already.
