The conversations between @kthomp19 and @ano, remind me the recent Oral Arguments at the Federal Circuit. Not when the lunatic Lady judge was continuously interrupting everybody with judiciary verbosity no one cares about (derivative, direct, derivative, direct,...), but because I have the impression that they don't understand each other.
These lawyers must step aside from the #Fanniegate scandal. It's all about Finance matters and they are just making noise and diverting the attention, as they cover up the key statutory provisions that uphold what otherwise would be a basic financial decision: the dividends are suspended for the recapitalization of undercapitalized financial enterprises.
