Did you ask if he would offer a comment to us via emails, 8-K, something .....explaining what he knows that we should know.

They could have also filed and then corrected after getting an updated opinion and fix things - we'd be off the bubble by then and then just fix things IMHO

There is also the issue of the major brokers - how do they treat unusually situations. I've been told that CS just watches OTC for updates and their status...that in itself cause me concern. Anybody have a 'what-if' road map on the possible paths being discussed these past two days?
