“Defunct status has been paralyzing.”

This may be somewhat true but is definitely NOT what is “paralyzing” this defunct stock. Inconsistencies in statements, publishing deadlines and then not keeping them. Making excuses for failure after failure. Calling the investment community “idiots”. Not having any proof that products actually exist (other than quick made up websites). Claiming to have a marketing approach to said products but no marketing ever takes place other than his own tweets. Also, he takes FULL blame for hpil deservingly still having the “STOP”, “Defunct” on its ticker. After review of all of this (which is only a fraction) combined with incompetence of the new ownership of HPIL it is clearly obvious why this stock continues its downward spiral.
