Every under 10% institutional owner bought positions in this deal "again," when it was a penny stock. Then drove the price up tossed in a few bucks as an underwriting to it give it legitimacy. Then, bailed when it ran got all their priciple back. Yet still show a large ownership and really its now a free ride for them.

Show me their prices on all their stock ownership you can't. This is equivalent to a penny stock pump and dump with political hype.
