Lets see how much the extra 50 billion shares is diluting the value of our 6 billion existing shares if all 20 million dollars worth are sold. At present there are 6 billion shares outstanding and NNRX has a total debt of -6.5 million total, witch equates to minus -0.0011 cents a share (I said minus; that means each share has no cash value at present and is in debt that amount)

Now we infuse the company with 20 million dollars give or take a little (317 thousand). Now we subtract the 6.5 million worth of debt which leaves us with 13.5 million dollars positive cash balance. Now we divide that by the 56 billion shares and we come up with each share being worth a positive value per share of 0.00041 cents per share.

Each exist share of the 6 billion shares has a positive value now, YOU MADE MONEY JUST HOLDING ON TO THE SHARES YOU ALREADY HAVE! The New share holders that bought the 50 billion shares had there holding diluted by the existing 6 billion shares that had no value, hence they lost a fractional amount per share.

They are gambling on NNRX making future income the same as we are, the difference is NOW the company has 13.5 million cash to work with.
