I think we could see an announcement of an extension of the deadline this week, although I would have expected one by now. And yes, this article applies to bonds, but they are under the gun with the same change to Rule 15c2-11.

This is why I believe that SEC will likely extend deadline for those tickers that have already submitted their applications. I could be wrong. I also expect that anybody who applied over 8 weeks ago and didn't get access already, ain't going to get it. You know who I mean.
