I spoke to OTC Markets yesterdaand they said becuase FMNJ is Pink current they will be fine. It's the companies that are designated Pink "No Information" that are at risk....15c-211 will not impact them it's a rule. Sure it would be nice to do a form 211 with FINRA and remove the "Unsolicited Quotation" designation, but that alone will not push the company down....this will be a brokerage/dealer issue for people with restricted shares.
