Well that's really a hard argument isn't it. The official OTC website with their transfer agent verified share structure as of September 15 was over 10 billion shares with over 4.5 billion shares outstanding.

Don't know where you could come up with a obviously contradicting statement like that.

Don't argue with me argue with their stock transfer agent whose contact information is freely available on the OTC website.
