OBTX realized total revenue of $5,434,000 during their last quarter (2FQ22 ending 7/30/2021) and a net profit of $2,542,000. While most of that came from the appreciation and sale of cryptocurrencies, they acquired majority interest in three profitable companies during the last month of the quarter. The full revenues from these companies will show up in their 3FQ22 results.

OBTX has not had any lawsuits and BTZI only had one minor open case with a former Grow Contractors customer in Oregon as of their last financial report. This had been submitted to arbitration. It's probably been settled by now.
