Digaf doesn’t have any working exchanges. Why would Securter tie itself to a sinking ship and have Brad run yet another promising venture aground? I don’t see merger coming, that was the whole point of spinning Securter out of Digaf, to distance the promising technology department from the business side that brings very little value prop. Jump in here Brad and tell me I’m wrong.
