Just a question, If the So called Grand Prosperous Financials will be filed soon and they are incredibly Grande, Why would a company deliver more shares into the Public and Continue to pump the Scam Shell prior to the "Grande News" that is going to sky rocket share Price? Aren't they doing a disservice to share holders by diluting at "current price"! According to unofficial documents they have stashed away about $15 million? The math at this tale doesn't add up either. And what is the urgent need to raise this capital to be reflected on SFIO balance sheet? And is it even going to be reflected on SFIO balance Sheet? And Everyone has jumped ahead to guessing Revenue? IS EVERYONE OK with who holds all of the Control here? What Stops SFIO from Folding and Disappearing completely?
