So where is LCY Biosciences (the operator/manager of the Bioamber plant) with an unlimited amount of common shares wanting to go that is outside of Quebec law? Their Quebec corp already has a EP for Ontario so not were the Bioamber plant in Sarnia is located...you think they will follow LCY Biotech Holdings into the states? Maybe into Delaware...I'll keep an eye on this Bioamber hogwash!
