Nice poem and a wonderful uplifting vision. Only one problem...you can't save everyone so you must choose. "For many are called but few are chosen."
You can only divide a bounty to a point where life sustains and then to a point where there is only dust and death.

When one is burdened to give a judgment but incapable of making hard choices only disaster will fall to all.

I know a country where that is happening today...and tonight.
