The raise was for the 30Million in funding they are looking for.
These are restricted for at least 12 months.

I believe they are (or some) are targeted for the SAM program.

As per a couple weeks ago they have already raised 15million of the 30million.

These are in lieu of reversing and debt. Really smart actually imvho.

FWIW _ I don't think there will be a huge spike. Definitely one when Fins come out (Which announced today on Twitter will be forth coming and are "Properous and Robust" https://twitter.com/SFIO_Inc but growth over the next 2 years. You know the shortbus people will be on this so once a year of fins (AUDITED i HOPE) showing continuous growth happens then she should rise up and up.
