If Heddle and Lee Brain (director) aren’t willing to put up any more money to get at least one processor up and running, to showcase to prospective buyers that they do, indeed, work and can show a profit or minimally break even, why should anyone else?
Those two are closest to knowing the risks involved, yet have sat on their hands for years with no sign of anything positive on the horizon. I’m sure Lee Brain can’t be happy that the last investment he made several years ago to get things going again fell flat…
As I have posted many times, the only way this survives is for Heddle to convert his debt to equity and do a massive reverse split which would basically wipe out common shareholders so he could find some chump to sell this broken shell and attempt to get something back…
