CURRENTLY Rosenberg is still responsible for the majority of things that happened during 1FQ22 which ended on 7/31/21

You conveniently skipped over the fact that he's one of three directors in a company that's majority owned by First Bitcoin. He was not solely calling the shots and he could have been outvoted on any decision. You don't know whether he's responsible for the current direction of the company or not. You weren't at any Board meetings were you?

BTW, The other companies Rosenberg is involved in (OBTX & GWSO) are doing quite well. OBITX released financials yesterday and reported diluted Earnings per Share of $.28 and over $17 million in assets.
