Unlikely the company is going to submit at this point. Possible, but likely.

Have to watch profits melt away while we wait for Korenko to get his shit together. Not a good look.

The more Korenko screws up the less confidence people are going to have in this company too. It's fine and well for the most dyed in the wool Vivos supporters to believe this is a sure thing and hold their shares, but that doesn't move a stock with almost 400 million shares outstanding.

This needs volume. A lot of it. That isn't coming when people can't rely on the company to execute on their own timelines.
