There is plenty of downside coming. Thorough due diligence shows Optilan and TJM Electronics have been in financial trouble for a while. That's why O'Leary picked them up so cheaply. And it's going to cost DPLS shareholders. He even admitted it on Twitter >>

The cost of subsidizing Optilan and TJM to get them financially healthy, the cost of tooling up both companies to manufacture Dark Pulse products (assuming he gets even one contract), the cost of funding to attain all that??? -- well -- there is a reason O'Leary set the AS at 20,000,000,000. The dilution needed to get the $$$ needed is in its infancy.
