I missed the Alabama excrement update but I'm pretty sure that managers of trailer parks across the nation will be standing in line to get their own equipment. I think we should help them all out by issuing a new Poop Coin (TM).

Meanwhile, we should congratulate our new "CFO" for his first 10-Q filing. It's probably the worst one they have ever produced:

-- revenues lower than last year's equivalent

-- operating expenses >200% of operating revenues!

-- total shareholders' deficit at negative $53 million

-- outstanding shares (153 million) more than 15x higher than last year!

-- plus, warrant shares 168 million; convertible debt shares 413 million

When the roof caves in, I don't think even another massive reverse split can save this fraud.
