They are probably manufacturing in China and China is closed for non essential business/deliveries. Game over. Probably looking for funding to carry them through this period and it aint no where to be found....especially with delayed financials. Most likely a set up to be bought up on the cheap by some investor group. JC Penny Style. May I speculate that the last runup was for officers to bail.
