Just got word from OTC Markets all: IF a security does NOT meet the requirements on the 28th, but is in process they go to expert market. THEN when they meet the necessary criteria, they will be moved back up. No big wait etc. So IF you have a stock that is in process, it may just go dark for a short time in the expert market....
they are monitoring 24/7 for filings at OTC Markets
