Disagreed, no untruths, HPIL would not have issued an official PR had they not received name change acceptance by FINRA. The missing older fins then became the issue and cause for gridlock. Retracting the name change request, as suggested by FINRA, solved. Then the process began with OTCMs Alternative Disclosure service.
