GetSer, You are right, KATX is JUST an Exploration Company looking for Minerals in NewFoundland (Nova Scotia). Probably only reason PPS is higher than LLBO is that it has less Outstanding Shares.>>>>> KATX--1.88 Bill. 0/S>>>AND LLBO--3.25 Bill. O/S. LLBO has the Interesting Product which makes it a better merger.
