though correct he can release a PR which is public information to all including shareholders so it would not be a select few. that is just his way of hiding and shareholders finding out he is giving us the screwjob, because there are still plenty of peeps willing to throw money at his cash cow as he just prints more shares. since he does not report we really have no true accounting of the share structure.

bill is just a baby burnie madoff. when he walks away the sec just says, it is a penny stock you knew the risk when you threw your money away.
