I'm starting to think they aren't going to file. There's still time on their stated deadline. Although, I don't know how seriously the company is taking the deadline.

Which is kind of ridiculous considering this is already a delayed submission. They'll need to push out an update very soon regardless because if the deadline rolls past in silence this is going to have a bad time.

All OTC stocks have one or more of the following:
-Garbage management
-Insanely bloated share structures
-Non-existent or unsustainable businesses
-Are straight up fraud or scams
-Mind spinning amounts of debt
