negotiation, mediation, arbitration, then the courts ... is the typical default ADR (alternative dispute resolution) process. However, the parties can agree to any type of ADR they want as long as they all agree and 'sign on the dotted line'.

IMO, if there were another outstanding contract in force between NRXP and RLFTF that related to profit sharing, then we would have known about it when they were / are airing all of their dirty laundry. But as Turd says, we really don't have all of the facts. We only have the CA to work of.

It does appear from the CA that 'arbitration' seems to be the first course of action. The CA refers to the term 'arbitrator' 5 times in the CA......... Here is the 1st.

Scope of Collaboration Between Relief and NeuroRx
2.1
NeuroRx and Relief agree that the execution of this Agreement grants each Party complete freedom to operate under the other’s Intellectual Property pertaining to the Product in their respective Territories. Should additional documents be required in the future to perfect this provision, the Parties agree to promptly execute such documents. In the event the Parties are unable to agree upon the terms and conditions of such documents, counsel to each Party shall jointly appoint an arbitrator who will prepare any required documents.

I personally feel that RLFTF has as Top Gun attorney (Patrice Jean) overlooking their I.P. interest. She has biotech experience as well. I do believe that Dr JJ is getting advice from some not so good attorneys, and he is letting lawyers tangle up the business operations, and the messages his PRs send are amateur. In my experience and opinion, mixing lawyers with corporate business operations tooo much can be a big mistake. Lawyers know law, business men/women know business, and they should avoid crossing their lines of expertise. I have lawyers all over my family tree, so I've seen the problems first hand. JMHO
