GNCP did not provide the disclosures based upon a provided template with clear explanations, and when told to fix it, took their sweet time, 12 days to be exact to address an incorrect date on 2 pages..... Why is so difficult to lay the blame right at the feet of the incompetence's of GNCP, failure to follow simple directions and taking their sweet time to change a date on 2 pages?
