In reading a little deeper into the “1-A filling” and the “NOTICE OF QUALIFICATION” as I stated in post #55977, “I’m surprised that NNRX has gotten the approval this quickly, It usually takes longer.” (Please reread) I jumped to the same conclusion as everyone else did it appears. In reading further into it I find that a Notice of Qualification is not an approval, it just means that the form is qualified for the approval process to begin. We are most likely still 4 to 6 months out from approval for sale from the date of the Notice of Qualification.
