There is a play I am doing on KDMN. Previously I sold all 25000 shares and options at 9.22 to 9.20. Now shares are @ 8.76 if the dip to 8.60 I will buy them. Doing it in my IRA account this time. Cash offer is 9.50 and deal is closing in 4th Qtr. So max waiting time would be 2.5 months and I could make about 10%. I have bought some at 8.76. Disclosure.
