That’s just it. Nobody wants it to fail or be a scam and why would they.
The problem is VYST, Greg and everyone else at VYST are making it look like a scam at every turn. The lies started with the share buyback from day one. Then all of the lies/half truths in the PR’s make it worse and worse. Let’s then add in the fact that this last financial was filed almost a month late for no reason at all. What ever happened to Lien A going to be huge for VYST? That faded out and now it’s going to be huge with CM lol. Then we had the spin-off that was going to announce the dividen date in a matter of a few weeks which was never heard from again. Now we have a new supposed spin off of RXAIR that is months away and going to pay $2 per share for a company that barely made $1.5 mil the first half of the year lol. I would bet that the new spin-off will never happen just like the last.
VYST itself is what makes VYST look and act like a scam.
Why is it that the other Rotman brother decided to not sell his 41% share of Rotmans to VYST? Only 59% of Rotmans revenue is attributed to VYST as the rest goes to the non controlling interest so not all of the revenues reported even belong to VYST. So out of the 16 or so mil that Rotmans brought in this year $6,500,000 would goto the non controlling interest.
The proof is all there in the tweets and past PR’s. No need to take anyone’s word for it just go back and read the tweets and PR’s put out by the company itself! Nothing ever changes it’s just more of the same. The only part of VYST making any money at all is Rotmans and that revenue has been declining YOY since the day Greg and crew took over.
Why is it that Greg gets such a big salary, expense account and all of his legal bills paid for when he is nothing but a mouth piece as portrayed here. Why on gods green earth is Greg not required to file a form 4? If Greg is not an insider and is only a mouth piece why in hell is he getting paid so well. Greg makes more than Steve does at this point.
