I’m sure the escrow company would love the harassment from the hyenas. I think they should disclose the company they are using for escrow, but I understand why they don’t, the LAHO and MSSV management has been harassed and threatened(not just lawsuits) for 2 years now, they don’t want that harassment transferred to a 3rd party company.

No matter how you slice it….. MSSV telling shareholders 8.2 million IS set aside, and WILL BE USED FOR LAHO SHARE BUYBACK, would be a actual criminal action to not follow through with, and WOULD be prison time for all parties involved. I don’t think they are dumb. Also helps people understand that these are OTC companies and nothing, absolutely nothing happens timely or smoothly for these companies…. Lawyers, and other 3rd party companies don’t give them a high level of priority.
