$CAVR - The way I see it COVID has officially changed life as we know it forever. More and more companies are switching to work from home policy, and let's say COVID sticks around for another year, any flu or virus outbreak even the smallest, will forever be treated differently post COVID. Schools, businesses and restaurants will be temporarily ordered to close doors. What this means for CAVR and it's residential tower projects is that people in the city can no longer treat their housing as just a place to sleep, it needs to now be a place to sleep, of comfort, home office and adequate to cook meals. Also very much worth mentioning is CAVR focus in Online learning platforms(Growing together academy). again, that next outbreak over course of many many years no matter how small, guess who's closing doors first.....Schools.
There will be more projects like the tower IMO, CAVR
