tyrn2..I think they are airing too much of their dirty laundry in public, rather than working things out behind closed doors.

I've said it before here on this board...that I suspect that after EUA is granted RLFTF will take NRXP to court. And IMO RLFTF will win. I think Dr JJ has bad lawyers advising him. or maybe Dr JJ is giving bad advise/direction to his lawyers. He doesn't like he CA. However, a contract is a contract, and the profit splits are very clear. I teach project mgmt contract law, and DR JJ cannot change the wording after everyone signs, unless all parties agree to do so.

If Dr JJ is not careful, the judge may award RLFTF damages for lost business (by hoarding that trial data). It appears that RLFTF is positioning itself (per a recent PR) to that effect by their claiming that their business is suffering due to not having access to that data.
