I bought a lot of HPIL shares and was very bullish due to CEO Steven Brown personally stating on zoom that a large share buyback was going to occur with some private investors.

On today's Zoom call investor update SB simply states it is not happening anymore without explaination saying he will take the heat??? OK then...I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

SBs surprise announcment TODAY about share buyback cancellation seems very suspect, possibly criminal...I bought my shares SOLELY due to the buyback claim by SB.

SB also stated today, that HPIL is filing to be pink current TONIGHT or tomorrow??? and should be pink current next week??? Blaming super late filings on "SEC/OTC spreadsheet format" and saying 5 people are working on it to get it done TONIGHT???

SB made claims earlier this year that filings were made in April and then blamed SEC backlog, and eventually lawyers and accountants for filing incorrectly.

IF HPIL gets delisted for not being current by Sept. 28 deadline...I will be forced to seek FULL financial restitution by class action lawsuit. WHOs with me!!!???
