I noticed that Covista has been pretty much a dead duck the last few years but is now trying to get Pinksheets current before September 28th. This action probably won't change much unless there is a plan for the company going forward.

I was able to find it because the company (or whatever remains of it) just appointed the same person as CEO that is also trying to revitalize another company.... Keller Manufacturing

I love finding diamonds in the rough and Covista might be worth a couple of bucks as a lottery ticket if they are able to get current.
