WW, as teifhals said in the previous post, Rivian is not a public company yet. They are planning to go public via an IPO at an estimated $80 billion valuation, but from what I have heard it may take a while. Since they are not public yet, they are not bound by the same stringent SEC rules as Lordstown Motors, which means you have to take any Rivian related news they disseminate with a grain of salt.
