I do not see anywhere in the motions he is defending.
He's asking the judge to do something, and thereby accepting jurisdiction. If you don't want to accept jurisdiction, the only thing you can do is file a motion asserting that the court doesn't have it.
Extradition can be pretty hard. John Edwards fought it for five years, till he was finally sent from London to the U.S. And he still never stood trial. He died first.
Of course Megas wouldn't want that to happen to him. Edwards was in jail in the U.K. and the U.S. for 10 years.
