Zag, I was impressed with George too...

and naively thought he was actually running the SEVU Business...

However,

- his participation at Board level, in structuring the objectionable PP,

- the fact he still allows McBride to owe some $325,000 to SEVU at the end of the June Quarter

- and more ominously, the blatantly misleading last PR he must have signed on,

... have completely turned me off and I rank his Credibility, as barely higher than that of McBride...

Legal action will consume a lot of time and money and I fail to see how I could derive any personal advantage from that endeavor, other than what will be shared by all NON-REAL Investors in SEVU, if we're successful...

I understand that we had similar views for a while and that has now changed drastically, but that cannot be helped and I don't necessarily expect you to come to the same conclusions, as I have... At least, your little bit of background information has clarified certain questions I had and I thank you for it...
