I believe they have always been trying to do what’s best for the company just did not communicate with shareholders as much as we had hoped. However, since there is a deadline by OTC that effects the ability of the stock to be traded hence, their “urgency”. Clearly, it’s a good sign that they want to be in compliance otherwise, you’re stock is worth nothing.. jmho


August 26 update:
“IAHL/ALTENESOL is pleased to announce our OTC markets account is approved and open.

This step forward will allow us to submit press releases ,filings and financials by the September 28th 2021 reporting date .We thank our investors and shareholders for their continued support as we transition to a reporting company,although we recognise some broker dealers may restrict certain trading prior to the official date we convey to the market we will be in compliance by the official date.
