So, why is it always "behind the scene"? How does anyone know there is anything brewing?

News and a PR won't get volume here.

Folks, KRFG Quarterly Report - Q2 2021 reveals the Company has 875 million shares in the hands of a ghost. That's right 44% of the outstanding cannot be accessed. No company in their right mind would merge into a shell with this kind of deficiency even with the NOL carry forward, ain't happening.
