I know this is going to be quite the shock, this is OTC Markets, it is a MARKET, not an exchange. Your broker can execute without going to the MARKET, and may internalize the order with another customer. Pretty standard operational practices, internal execution is always the best route, there are no changes in ownership and is simply a tape documented transaction.
