" with an SI of 426 the odds are near 100% that it will also effectively kill the CV19 virus in vivo (on actual patients)"

That's completely untrue.

Remdesivir has an SI of over 1000 and it's only so-so in the clinic.

There are several other compounds that show great promise in vitro but don't work at all in vivo.

There's just no empirical support for that statement at all.

"Answer: Again, nearly 100% sure to work safely as dosing strength has proven to have no ill effects in prior trials"

Brilacidin IV is associated with adverse events in well over 70% of the couple of hundred patients that we have data for so far.

These adverse events include pressor effects (hypertension) and our perennial favorite, peripehral neuropathy (you can call it "numbness and tingling" or "paresthesia caused by ion channel stimulation" if you like, but it's still peripheral neuropathy).

Who knows what other toxicities will manifest themselves if brilacidin ever gets used in thousands of patients?
